3-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 3-day easy return policy. Customers can request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery if they face any issue with the product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a full unboxing video:

The video must be clear and completely uncut (no edits)

It should show the package being opened from start to finish

📌 Important:
The unboxing video must be shared on our WhatsApp number: +91 94740 83915 for verification.
Without a proper unboxing video, refund requests will not be accepted.

Refund Verification & Approval

Once the video is received, our team will review it within 72 hours (3 days)

If the video is found valid and meets all requirements, the refund will be approved

Refund Process

After approval, customers will be asked to provide their UPI ID or Bank Details

The refund amount will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

The refund will be credited as per the customer’s preference, either to their UPI ID or Bank Account
